Over a twenty-year career at P&G, Tom has been central to the evolution of design awareness at P&G: from a peripheral role in marketing and packaging to a critical strategic imperative that now drives innovation in products and business practices.
Founded in 1857 as a household-goods business, Proctor & Gamble today is a global operation with $83 billion in sales, 23 billion-dollar brands, and 4 billion consumers all over the world.
